CNC VTL 1300 & 1400

Next in line are the Suraj CNC RailMaster VTL 1300 and VTL 1400, which are state-of-the-art vertical turning and boring machines exclusively designed to machine railway wheels. While offering a turning diameter of 1300mm and 1600mm, the machine is fitted with laser-calibrated ram heads for accurate machining, which makes it the perfect combination while keeping precision intact. Fitted with strong table drive motors of 45KW, a table speed of 3 to 300 rpm, and 12-tool ATC, these machines can turn efficiently, face, and bore railway wheels with high accuracy.
